Professional Experience

LOYAL TECH LTD. (1998 – )

Founder and manager of Loyal-Tech Ltd., a consulting firm for small and medium size companies. The company offers an outsource solution to all marketing and business development needs of its clients.


1995 – 1998 – Manager of ACA Israel, defining, building and selling CAD/CAM software (AutoCad, ARC+) systems, computers, networks, services etc. to engineering and architecture offices throughout Israel.

1991 – 1995 – Business Development Manager for a division of CLAL Computers Ltd. that performed projects, supervision and consulting tasks in software, hardware and computerized systems for a variety of customers, e.g.: the IMOD, Israel Aircraft Industries, Tadiran, Rafael, Elbit.

ELBIT (1983 – 1991)

1988 – 1991- Served as the Airborne Systems Division marketing director working in Israel, the USA and Europe. Experience includes setting up and managing Elbit’s marketing network in the USA including the office in Washington DC, 1988-1990. Worked with many large US corporations / defense contractors.

1983 – 1988 – Head of an engineering department and later programs manager of Elbit’s airborne systems division, in the areas of electro-optics, displays and computers. Was responsible for project definition and performance from start (feasibility study) to end (ATP with the customer and hand-over to production) and professional groups: the company’s physics laboratory, the image-processing group, and various project groups.


Worked as an aeronautical engineer in the Engineering Division on various development programs, mainly in feasibility studies of innovative concepts. Later managed development activities including interdisciplinary work in cooperation with other companies such as the Weizman Institute, Israel Military Industries TAAS and Rafael.
